Acupuncture for Mental Health, and Substance Use Recovery in Marin
Healing doesn’t end when someone completes residential or outpatient treatment. For many people, the transition home is where the real work begins—reshaping habits, regulating emotions, rebuilding trust, and learning to feel safe in their body again. This is where ongoing acupuncture can make a profound difference.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked inside residential treatment programs throughout Marin, supporting teens, young adults, and adults navigating mental health challenges, trauma, and substance use disorders. My work is grounded in gentleness, nervous system regulation, and helping people reconnect with themselves in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.
Clients often seek acupuncture during recovery to help with:
Anxiety, panic, and emotional overwhelm
Cravings, withdrawal discomfort, and agitation
Sleep disturbance and restlessness
Depression, grief, and emotional numbing
Re-entry stress after leaving a structured program
Chronic tension held in the jaw, neck, shoulders, and back
A desire for calm, grounding, and internal stability
My role is to help you feel supported, regulated, and connected as you transition back into everyday life.
